This role supports national and regional efforts for associates and contractors. Principal function to lead new and existing myLearning roll outs working within LMS systems; SumTotal, Jam, PeopleSoft, and others. This includes the education of company policies and best practices, training LMS users according to their specific access levels, creating and publishing learning content as assigned, contributing to ongoing system improvements, coordination resolution of system issues, generating reports, and assisting learners and managers with troubleshooting issue in accessing and leveraging learning resources. Delivers technical leadership in support, design, implementation and delivery of training initiatives. Partner with business leaders and SME’s to obtain knowledge and strategies of the training initiatives.
