In this role I was responsible for everything sales related “after the initial contact”. As soon as a new customer signed a contract my team, with a total of 6 employees, took over and was responsible for product development, label design, production planning and execution of the first and consecutive orders.

In this role I was responsible for sales and managing the cruise department (21 employees) andeverything that comes with it. I was the main point of contact for several big internationalcruise companies and acted as a spider in the web internally to make sure everything about theexecution of a contract ran smoothly with all parties involved (purchase, logistics, finance,customs etc.). As people manager I was responsible for everything needed with regards to ouremployees (job interviews, annual assessment interviews, training etc.).
