With over 20 years of experience in the field of Information and Referral (I&R), I am a seasoned director and leader who has managed and supported various call center operations, budget planning, Director of IT, and executive administration at Community Council of Greater Dallas. I have also served as a national board member, accreditation commissioner, and site reviewer at Alliance of Information and Referral Systems (AIRS), the professional association for I&R providers in North America.My specialties include I&R, 2-1-1 call center management, United Way of America disaster relief team member City of Dallas Emergency Operations Center, and standards development such as agency contingency plans. I am passionate about connecting people with the resources and services they need, especially in times of crisis. I have led and contributed to multiple projects and initiatives that have enhanced the quality and accessibility of I&R across Texas and beyond.
