I am a positive thinker, and always willing to challenge new things. ・Independent global citizenI went to Waseda University after graduated from high school in Taiwan, starting my six-year-long overseas life in multi-cultural environment including Japan and the USA. Within this six years I have developed a mindset that contains the following factors which I believe is important for me to become a global citizen. They are respecting diversity, welcoming challenges, and always learning from different cultures. I believe they are critical since people should always cooperate with others to complete a task, and challenges new things are the fastest way to learn and grow.・Multiple languages skill in business levelWith experience of studying and working in multiple language environment, I have developed language skill both in English and Japanese with flexibility.In regard with English, since English is the major language which I had used in university for presenting and writing, I had been familiar with producing output throughout English before starting working. Also, when I had colleges from Philippines and customer from New York after entering the previous company, English was used for communication as well.In regard with Japanese, besides the experience living in Japan, I used Japanese to communicate with my Japanese colleges, to read the papers and to complete reports all in Japanese, which represent my experience of usage in Japanese in working field.・Critical and logical thinkingWorking as a consultant for one and half year, critical and logical thinking was required at all time. In order to extract useful information from data spreading over, I developed skills to think how to organize data, and how to construct logic on information to understand the reality in order to propose the solution. I also learned how to utilize tools such as Excel to analyze data, which help me improves on how to observe the logics and paying attention to the details of data.
