Customer Service Representative
CurrentPOSITION SUMMARY: The Customer Service Representative is the primary point of contact for an assigned group of customer accounts. The purpose of the Customer Service function is to serve as the face to the customer in providing value added services that grow our business. Individuals in this position respond to and manage internal and external customer requests, orders, concerns, suggestions and complaints. Internally, the CSR interacts, gathers information and coordinates related activities with sales staff, production planning, logistics, technical services and external vendors. As representatives of Revcor, Inc, individuals in this position are required to follow and communicate Revcor business practices to customers and demonstrate the Revcor Code of Conduct, ethics and values on a daily basis. Revcor and customer information must be kept appropriately confidential. Work is done autonomously on a day-to-day basis. RESPONSIBILITIES: •Manage Customer Orders, Customer Warehouses & MRPs •Run costs on sales parts •Enter quotes with sales direction •Enter sample quotes and submit sample orders •Update and use a CRM system as instructed •Assist with Pricing/Credit/Quality Issues •Update Price Lists •Monitor supply agreements •Provide and/or participate in the technical training and/or overall sales assistance for the assigned sales territory. Additional responsibilities included, but are not limited to: •Act as a backup for other Customer Service Representatives •Facilitate annual customer pricing reviews •Update AMM Worksheets •Update RSM, Sales Rep, Region Assignments in our ERP system •Enter orders and initiate invoices for services fulfilled by Revcor’s engineering team
