As the sole administrative person for our nationwide cybersecurity staffing firm, the responsibilities that fall under me include the following............Accounting: invoicing, cash receivables, client statements, payroll processing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll reporting, end of period financial reconciliation and reporting, budgeting and forecasting.Taxes: ensuring that we are registered and compliant wherever required, providing accountant with all reconciled financials for tax preparation and return filings, filing timely returns for local sales & use taxes.Human Resources: onboarding and offboarding employees, benefits enrollment and administration, annual open enrollment, plan selections, compliance trainings, e-verify administration, reviews and performance improvement plans.Insurance: working with broker to review liability plan options, ensure coverage limits are adequate and/or add coverages whenever needed, verify WC is in effect for all remote employees and update all plan locations as needed to both protect company and mitigate policy costs.Contract Negotations: review, redline and execution of client contracts, signatory authorization for CEO.Management: collaborate with Executive Team to regularly review and discuss the company's policies, compliance, day to day operations, HR matters, financials, etc.

My responsibilities included tracking and reconciling the company's revenue and receivables by utilizing and managing a team of four accounts receivable specialists. The ultimate responsibility for all bad debt monitoring, revenue tracking, accounts receivable and sales reporting, cash receipt applications, Dun and Bradstreet relations and credit checks was within my department I processed the commission spreadsheets for 100+ eligible salespeople and worked closely with our Payroll Department and Human Resources to ensure our 300+ contractors were paid correctly and in a timely manner and onboarding and offboarding takes place in our internal CMS. I personally handled the billing and collections for our RPO division and worked with our auditing team on an annual basis to ensure our controls and compliance protocols were being followed and met.
