Responsibilities are:• Reporting directly to manager and division head;• Checking validity and conduct in-depth analysis of submitted data and supporting documents;• Updating loan application, order (disbursal), & repayment status both in the system and google spreadsheet tracker;• Escalating issue occurred and alternative solutions to any deviation found during end-to-end operation process to higher level; and• Coordinating with related internal stakeholders (product, finance, risk, legal, and/or sales team) to conduct daily task.
