- To ensure products are manufactured in accordance with the approved manufacturing procedure and complying with regulatory and good manufacturing practices requirements- To proactively lead identified projects for the necessary process, testing or equipment using standard project management techniques and internal site change control requirements;- To conduct QC process procedural reviews for the purpose of continuous improvement and lead subsequent updates required (SOP, projects, other);- Analyze problems reported from daily operations through root cause analysis techniques and then proceed to develop & implement improvements as needed- Develops sampling plans by applying attribute, variable, and sequential sampling methods. Establishes statistical confidence by identifying sample size and acceptable error;- Conduct QC sampling plan periodic reviews in accordance with standards (e.g., ANSI/ ASQ Z1.4 & Z19) and Alcon procedural guidelines (e.g., PQA documents);- Support and lead investigations to identify root cause and appropriate CAPAs to prevent recurrence;- Support other departments in investigation as required;- Management of validation lifecycle of QC Operations equipment – from from initial install and validation through to decommissioning;
