As Vice President of Large Client Services, I had the responsibility to oversee the operations of ‘Specialty Benefits Management’ program for National and Regional Payers, including multi layered arrangements and the administration of full risk delegation of ‘Specialty’ programs. My client portfolio consisted of more than 11 million member lives distributed nationally, including commercial, self-insured, gov't programs and unions, generating $100+ million in annual revenue. I maintained a client retention rate of 100%, while providing client’s the opportunity to collaborate at least, annually on the assessment of the then current programs’ objectives, and design of new initiatives intended to meet the client’s needs.
