My first job straight out of school was in our local bank, in a small country town. This is where the seeds were sown for what has subsequently been my motivation during my working life.I discovered that I gained great satisfaction from building relationships with people and making a difference to their day. I take great pride in being able to connect with clients on both a personal and business level. The ability to relate to a person and take interest in their life has helped me to better understand how to provide the services best suited to them and ultimately exceed their expectations.Not only have I worked for a large organisation, I have also owned and operated several family businesses across a variety of industries. I have first hand experience understanding the demands and all-consuming nature of running your own business whilst trying to raise a family.
