As Global Process Owner for Source to Pay, I am passionate about processes, project management and data quality which all stem from my innate desire to do things the right way, which leads to good data quality and improved processes. With 34+ years of experience in master data, 24+ years of experience in managing ERP projects, 15+ years leading continuous improvement events and Six Sigma projects, I see the big picture on processes while being able to understand the impact on data quality and then work cross functionally to get a team from where we are to where we need to go. I also believe that we are meant to be conduits so whatever we are learning, we need to pass along to others coming behind us; in this way we are better together and everyone learns and grows.
