Regularly had meetings with cross functions and interview with customers to make a better user experience.----------------------------------------------------------------------------與PM共同研究產品數據、訪談使用者，討論市場需求、擬定產品走向，跨部門討論產品易用性。制定設計語言與設計規範，設計產品畫面所需元素，並製作符合產品形象的插圖。製作簡易user flow及wireframe進行跨部門討論，指導設計部同仁設計規範意涵，定依循規範設計符合公司目標及產品目標計畫的介面。與前端研討介面可行性，並時常視release時程滾動式調整工作進度。與行銷部門合作所需之設計項目，如bouchure、DM/EDM、landing、投廣動態、節慶...等。Collaborating with PM to research product data, user interviews, discuss market demands, and outline the product direction. Engaging in cross-department discussions on product usability. Developing design language and design guidelines. Designing necessary UI elements and creating illustrations that align with the product's image. Creating simple user flows and wireframes for cross-function discussions. Guiding design team colleagues on the interpretation of design systems and ensuring interface designs align to company and product objectives. Collaborating with frontend developers to discuss interface feasibility and regularly adjusting work progress based on release schedules. Also working with the marketing department on design projects as required.

2018 - Red dot design award of VIVE OOBE經常與團隊brainstorming，為案子舉辦部門內work shop，共同研究市 場需求及走向，並擬定設計語言、制定設計規範。 依照制定的產品線設計指標，為產品設計從開箱經驗(OOBE)到後續體驗的所有相關網頁、移動端網頁與APP、包裝設計所需的介面設計與視覺設計，並視需求製作畫面所需之動態設計。I frequently engage in brainstorming sessions and organize workshops with the team within the department for project discussions. Together, we study market demands and trends, and develop design system and guidelines. Following the established design indicators, I am responsible for designing interfaces and visuals for all relevant webs. Such as mobile web, desktop web, APP UI, as well as packaging, encompassing the entire user experience from the out-of-box experience to subsequent interactions. Additionally, I create motions as required.

I need to have regular discussions with PM regarding the structure and flows of the projects, which are then visualized. The main focus is assisting businesses in planning and designing the user flow and visual aspects of webs, backend systems, or apps (iOS/Android). I designing icons, creating illustrations, and producing motions or video edits as requirements. And I design visual materials for advertising and printed materials based on the company's marketing needs as well.
