Issued group-specific planholder contract and employee benefit booklets customized to group sold benefits.Reviewed and validated contract and booklet wording, ensuring compliance with all state specific mandates and requirements established by individual state insurance commissioner.Verified confidential member information with brokers and planholders, guaranteeing member information accurate for 1st bill.Generated 1st bill customer statement and broker commissions, ensuring accuracy and timely receipt of information.
