Full cycle talent and strategic HR management to our local site and support to our five manufacturing facilities in the US. Close business partnership with leaders in several lanes of operation including Engineering, Finance, Purchasing, Quality, Sales and IT. Oversee training planning and budget as well as create and present training content locally and across our US sites. Manage day-to-day operations and administer company policies and procedures pertaining to talent management – including onboarding, performance management (individual and annual cycle processes), salary planning, payroll processing, data reporting, employee relations, leaves of absence – as well as immigration, culture based programs (Women @PO affinity group, philanthropy and social), and policy change.
