Manage 2 Executive Suites Locations. One center of 102 offices and the second location of 65 offices. Responsible for accounts receivables, monthly billing and maintain rent roll. Operate and maintain NEC Series III PBX system along with Aimworx call and long distance accounting system. Executive support using MS Wrod and Excel. Bookkeeping with Quick Books Pro 2004 and Moringstar BCE accounting software. Manage 3 full-time and 1 part-time employee.

1992-1998 and 2000-2004 Market, negotiate, write and administer leases for 40 Executive Suites business. Accounts receivable, monthly billing and maintain rent roll. Operate and maintain 100 line Fujitsu Series III digital telephone system. Executive support using Corel Word Perfect, MS Word and Excel. Manage 3 full time employees.

Administrative functions and client relation activities to support business integration processes. Coordinate activities with regional program managers. Design, maintain and document client trouble reporting procedures. Collect, analyze and report on activity matrix from the National Operations Centers. Develop and revise policies, procedures, protocols and programs to fully integrate and maximize company recources into the customers business plan.
