About me:

My career started in the financial sector. By that time I took part, as analyst developer, in large IT projects for different banks in Luxembourg and Holland. These first projects allowed me to enhance my expertise in java technologies, functional and technical analysis and my knowledge about the banking industry and more especially about asset management.

I joined Arηs Developments at the beginning of 2009 to work on fixed price projects for the Luxemburgish government. Then, I had the opportunity to work on different large projects for the European Commission.

In 2011, I took the position of delivery manager on two projects for the European Commission. For these two projects I was in charge of the management of two development and support teams following Agile methodologies. This encompassed the management of the team as well as the technical and functional validation of solutions designed.Since 2014, I'm acting as IT Manager and Programme Manager (since 2018). My tasks and responsibilities are:- Manage the different project and support teams;- Manage the required IT infrastructure and tools such that all activities are performed in optimal conditions;- Allocate the IT staff to the required roles;- Manage the IT project plans for the existing IT systems/applications and the new ones to build;- Apply an effective risk management especially in the context of the IT projects to conduct. Be pro-active to resolve issues from a resource capacity and project deliverables viewpoint;- Ensure that the staff is trained according to the applicable methodology and to the quality and contractual processes;- Monitor the progress of the activities to be performed and act as an escalation point for major issues.
