As a Senior Policy Advisor at Pathways Alliance, I apply my public policy master's degree and over 20 years of Industry experience to research, advise, and collaborate on policy advise that help Pathways Alliance members reduce emissions and stay up-to-date on environmental and climate change policies. I work with stakeholders from industry, regulators, government and industry associations, to develop and communicate evidence-based advice that balance environmental and economic goals.Previously, I worked as Senior Policy Analyst for the Utilities Consumer Advocate at the Government of Alberta and was the Director of Small Modular Reactors at the Government of Saskatchewan, where I led the strategic plan for the development and deployment of this emerging technology in the province. I also have extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, where I held various roles at the Alberta Energy Regulator, EnCana, and Woodside Energy, focusing on risk-based regulation, closure and liability, information management, systems and process optimization. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to lead and support strategic change and innovation.
