Ik help bedrijven vanuit mijn bedrijf 3D Nodes, bij de ontwikkeling van hun strategie en het schaalbaar maken van het businessmodel. Met als resultaat sterke kostenreducties en nieuwe succesvolle business concepten. Om vervolgens verbeteringen door te voeren door o.a. slim gebruik te maken van bestaande en nieuwe software, processen te standaardiseren en te optimaliseren. Door middel van een eigen toolbox met meer dan 50 tools ben ik in staat om in korte tijd nieuwe businessmodellen neer te zetten.In overleg met de klant doorlopen we een of meerdere fasen: Strategie ontwikkeling, KPI’s & Dashboards, Business development en Proces optimalisatie.
