While in Florida, I became a licensed CAM (Community Association Manager) in 2006. Upon returning to Texas in 2008 to bring a 43 story, 430 condo luxury high rise live, I acquired the CMCA certification through CAI and then accelerated to the AMS (Association Management Specialist). I managed Milago Condominium Association from 2008 to 2022.I have assisted with management systems in 8 other downtown luxury high rise communities as an inter-company consultant and supervisor in Austin since 2009 to present and in addition to two luxury communities located in San Antonio and Houston, and two luxury communities located in Nashville and Tampa in 2007-2008. I have participated in various property management development meetings with the President of my company at the time since 2009 resulting in many community accounts transferring to our company.
