• Was the POC (point of contact) between Oman DC, Mega DC in UAE, corporate supply chain and local and corporate retail teams to enable smooth transition of brick & mortar replenishment model to replenish from Mega DC in.
• Reduced TAT taken for shipment docked at DC to ship out to stores from 72 hrs. to 3.5 hrs. (Jun’20 – Oct’20)
• Improved Oman DC SLA achievement for Order to Ship % of less than 24 hrs. from 71% to 94% in 2 Months (Jul’19 – Sep’19)

Edinburgh, Indiana

• Worked on a metal stamping press to reduce die changeover time from the current 3 hours to 2 hours. Large die changeover times caused Sacoma to over-produce in large batches and increased costs
• Conducted a time study and task analysis to propose realistic changes in terms of training, rescheduling and hardware improvements
• Proposed changes are projected to save about USD $70,000 annually for one press which can be used as a model for other presses which would multiply the benefits
