RRTS1- Contributed in RRTS project by evaluating the Carbody secondary structures according to EN12663-1 and GMRT guidelines. Supported compression test. 2- Fatigue analysis using DVS-1612 for stainless steel Carbody of RRTS and suggested design changes for welded joints for the product design life.3- Supported design and development of sea transportation of RRTS Car and AK Car by implementing modular cum smart design of lashing-lifting assembly. The loads are applied as per EN-12195-1.4- Shock & vibration analysis of HVAC as per IEC 61373.BHIN1- FE modelling of Driver motor and Trailer car using shell and sold elements with proper 1 D connection for bolts and spotwelds. Executed the EN-12663-1 static LCs, buckling/instability load cases and fatigue load cases using optistruct solver. 2- Suggested design modification based on fatigue results inline with EN 15085-3 welding standard. Stiffener addition, thickness improvement have been recommended based on static and buckling results. 3- Screw calculation of various secondary structures has been performed inline with VDI-2230. Developed a excel based calculation sheet for screw calculation which includes all parameters as per VDI-2230 and all results requirements (slip, bearing, thread stripping, shearing, yielding etc). Traxx Locomotive 1- Have onsite experience of 3 months at locomotive manufacturing and engineering site at Kassel, Germany. 2- Executed several secondary structures of locos. Performance structural assessment of Roofs, High voltage cubiles, low voltage cubiles etc.3- Mentoring a team of 2 for all Traxx secondary structures calculations.

Worked on off highway automotive components for its to determine fatigue life, stress and deformation and suggesting design modifications.

Worked as a CAE analyst and supporting robotic product development for svaya robotics for design optimization and evaluation. Worked on automotive durability and NVH. Gained experience in implicit nonlinear analysis, dynamic analysis and design optimization in Zuti.
