Project : Shell Pearl GTL MTA 3, Qatar.Duration : December 2021-March 2022Client : Qatar Shell GTL Ltd.Responsibilities: Close coordination with PMT & PID group of the Owner company with total coordination of Piping & Mechanical work of the project (Carbonyl Piping Replacement Project).Detailed Handling of Piping Work starting from P&ID checking to Mechanical Completion of Piping loops / systems including Hydro testing, Pneumatic testing, Punch list clearing ( A, B & C category ) . Overall management and supervision of Construction activities.Creating daily and weekly progress for the management. Expedite procurement activities for timely delivery of materials at project site.Coordinate with discipline engineers for achieving Project objectives as per schedule. Reviewing of Change order and punch list, Final boxing up of equipments.Ensure piping work carried out in accordance with company rules, regulations, standards and permit to work procedures.Interface and coordinate with Project Field Engineering and QC Department. Monitor and ensure the correction of non-conformance report items and other issues supporting QA/QC compliance.Review the construction sequence/logic, work plan/procedures, pre-task planning and methods statement to ensure comprehensive feasibility and safety, Push up the contractor for speedy work, guide & assist them to achieve the target in time. Ensure that hydro test reinstatement is to be done as per procedure.Ensure that all punch list items are resolved; client handover is satisfactorily concluded and that there is no prolongation of project.

# 2. Project : KIPIC Al-Zour Refinery Project, Kuwait.Duration : October 2017-August 2020Client : FDH JVResponsibilities:Review of Project specification and P&IDs.Handling all piping technical queries and investigating all field pipe work related problems, including the drawing of field sketches when necessary.Coordinating with Engineering and Construction and liaise with the Client on detail engineering requirements.Develop Construction Engineering Technology in line with Company Policy and Procedures.Elaborates construction feasibility analysis evaluating the available materials & drawings.Raising MTO(s) for all materials required to additional materials for hydro test etc.Responsible for Piping erection operations and pipe support installation in accordance with Schedule, Procedures, Specifications, Priorities and Availability of Construction Drawings.Ensure the Productivity and Quality is maintained by subordinates. Coordinate with other Disciplines in site.Assist Design Department in solving Piping Modification and Technical Problems in the Field.Provide technical answers to Engineering Queries raised up by sub-contractor confirming design drawings and standard requirements.Responsible for counter checking by Isometric/Piping plan for the spools erected in the correct location, orientation, alignment and plumpness.Carrying out final P&ID check of installed piping systems in the module.Preparation of AS BUILT drawings.Preparation of field piping system test packages, including system limit on P&ID and piping Isometrics.Responsible for carrying out Mechanical Clearance, conducting Hydro and Pneumatic tests, fulfilling Commissioning and Pre-Commissioning requirements for the project.Responsible for line checking after hydro test to complete the post punch list prior to sign-off the test packages before signing the completion of piping/mechanical.Ensure that hydro test reinstatement is to be done as per procedure.

# 3. Project : Reliance Jamnagar 3 Program, India. Duration : April 2014-August 2017Client : Reliance Industries LimitedResponsibilities:Technical co-ordination with client, contractor & design office.Engineering Review and Approval of various drawings.Preparation of Monthly Plan/Projection.Regular Shortfall Analysis w.r.t. Plan, Front Analysis and Manpower Analysis for the project.Planning, Monitoring and Execution of Under Ground & Above Ground/Rack Piping.Follow up for critical material e.g, piping spools.Monitoring Flushing, venting, draining, cardboard blasting of lines after Hydro testing, Leak testing, Nitrogen Purging etc.Preparation of Test Packages , detail coordination in punch list activities with details loop checking .Liase with client, Internal department and vendors in their works.Prepare monthly report on the progress of the works.Ensure on-time supply of equipment and materials to site.Analyze client complaint, find out root cause and prepare counter measures and effective implementation of the same.Execution of the project with Safety & Quality as the highest prioriy.Co-ordination with vendors & Internal departments for timely completion of activities.

Project : Simhadri STPP, Stage-II (2×500 MW) NTPC, Vizag, India.Duration : October 2010 to February 2014 Client : BHELResponsibilities:Preparation of (Engineering, Procurement , Construction & Operations) EPCO Review reports for higher level management.Quality control and verification of Contractors bills, Assistance during Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning.Planning, Monitoring and Execution of Boiler Pressure Parts & Auxiliaries.Erection of Rotating Equipment, Forced Draught Fans, I.D., P.A., Fans.Execution of works of Boiler erection as per the Field Quality Plan.Inspection of Boiler Pressure Parts(fit up & visual welding inspection) as per ASME and client requirement.Erection & Commissioning of Main Steam, CRH, HRH, Feed Water Piping System.Erection of Hanger and support/anchors/restraints, all drains, vents, instrument tapping points with root valves, water traps etc.

Project : Mejia Thermal Power Station (MTPS-B), 2×500 MW, DVC, Durlovpur, India.Duration : May 2008 to August 2010Client : BHELResponsibilities:Daily monitoring on Erection target & maintain quality.Delegation of work on priority based planning.Erection & Commissioning of Fuel Oil system piping with control/trip valve.Erection & Commissioning of Fuel Oil pumps and heaters.Erection & Commissioning of Pulverized Coal piping.Erection of Boiler Static & Rotary equipment like Tanks, Soot blowers etc.Boiler Pressure Parts Planning , Pre assembly & Erection.Erection & Commissioning of Reheater and Superheater spray line.#6.
