NuEworld created an online shopping mall for our affiliates with products for sale in partnership with companies leading the way in their fields (including VOIP phone service, nutritional products, and domain registrations, template websites, and website hosting).In additional to auditing the sales reports from our partners and commission calculations for our affiliates, I provided quality assurance for our web sites and applications.

I started working for InterPay (formerly Automatic Payroll Service) while still in 1986 while in High School processing payrolls. I started learning the business from the ground up processing payrolls while supporting our customers. I moved into a Quality Assurance roll put on a team to create a new electronic tax filing offering for our company. In addition to working as the Quality Assurance technician on the project, I expanded into writing reports and queries with the senior programmers on the project. Working as a Tax Filing Specialist, I not only had to test out the systems, I created training manuals for our end users and support staff and traveled to our remote locations to install the software and train offsite employees. Once all of our locations had been converted, I trained additional Technical Support staff to support our locations while helping to create a trust maintenance system for auditing our trust accounts and started to work as the liasion to our partner bank (Fleet Bank) working with their senior management to improve relations and automate processes.With accounting staff trained to balance the trust accounts, I moved onto centralizing and automating our billing systems while adding flexibility for our Sales Staff.
