Successfully implemented SAP SuccessFactors to provide Huber an evergreen solution and position the company for talent management. Saved $1M+ for each future upgrade for an incremental 5% increase in annual operating expense ($130K enterprise wide). Transitioning to SaaS delivers continuous functional enhancements via smaller upgrades and support ongoing HR compliance.Responsible for North American region and U.S. integrations for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Compensation and Variable Compensation with budget of $2.5M (Capital and expense), in time and with the data necessary to support critical compensation processes the following year for Huber's businesses in 28 countries across the Americas, EMEA and APAC regions.• Go-live achieved on-time with a phased implementation (Europe, Asia and Brazil followed by Americas) and with sufficient conversion data to enable critical compensation processes in the following year. • Achieved project goal of delivering the new services via a global template approach (in Compensation and Variable Comp) to streamline future system administration. • Identified and implemented a solution for archive data for historical employee records that were not converted. Developed and executed negotiation strategy to renew SaaS agreement with major software provider in 2018. Achieved over $600K in savings (over 5 years) and excellent commercial terms.
