Train field personnel to ensure EnerSys has competent employees and representatives to support the Americas. Concentrate on the training of IEEE Stationary Battery Technician standards to Reserve Power Field Service employees in USA and Canada. This includes Utility substation, Telcom and UPS battery systems.

Supervised System Operations for Distribution System of 13.2kV and below. Ensured reliable electric service to customers, maintained and restored electric power to customer in emergency situations. Involved in the development and testing of Distribution Management System(DMS).

• Ensured accurate outage data was released daily, and that outage management systems and energy managements systems were updated with the latest information. Coordinated the training of the Dispatch Operators, as well.
• Cutover coordinator for the AREVA energy management system that controls and operates the entire Met-Ed electrical system. A nine month project where the existing energy management system was converted to the new.
• Project Manager for engineering, constructing, and implementing adaptive relaying on 122 distribution substations to remotely control substation circuit breakers for instantaneous tripping during storms to prevent.
• Developed, coordinated and facilitated multiple emergency drills each year with over 150 Operations employees in attendance.
