I work with professionals who are at a turning point in their career, due to downsizing, layoffs, career dissatisfaction, to design new and more fulfilling career paths. I also work with recent liberal arts grads to design career paths. I utilize assessment tools and various coaching techniques. Most often assessments are done online and coaching is done.

I developed a six week class for adults in transition, specifically targeted for the baby boom generation. I facilitated the classes and coached the participants to completing a personalized transition plan.

I worked with local businesses to design effective print advertising campaigns as well as special marketing events and projects.
