I have led important projects including:AMINZ International which seeks to make NZ a centre of international dispute resolution. Successes have included:- Securing and delivering the world's most prestigious international commercial arbitration conference, ICCA.- Partnering with the International Academy of Mediators for a joint conference in NZ.- Promotions of New Zealand and New Zealanders, globally, at various events.Lobbying and advocacy: Securing amendments to the Arbitration Act, Construction Contracts Act and securing crucial changes to the family dispute resolution scheme.Membership growth: I have driven year on year growth, which has grown by more than 150% under my leadership.Relationship management: Managing all the Institute's key relationships and broadening the scope of these both nationally and internationally.
