Administrative support to the Customer Service Manager which includes but is not limited to the following:· Process POD Rebates – excel worksheets, data entry into system, create, process and email credit memos'· Gathering information for claims – Obtaining Proof of Delivery from transportation companies, printing shipping notices, invoices· Process denial claims – research data on claims, create denial notice, email denial notices to customer and respond as appropriate
