Responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts across a wide range of retailers including Harrods, JLP, HN, Fenwicks, HOF, Debenhams & Boots.Recruit and manage 18 Aramis consultants across various stores, worked along side Boots Beauty Managers for a period of 12 months to recruit, educate and maintain the best consultant for The Smashbox brand.Ensure the companies sales projection is achieved whilst retaining brand objectives, analysing any trends and undertaking any necessary action, educate monitor and motivate the best people for each of the brands.Secure additional retail floor space for product launches and marketing focuses.Set targets for Aramis & Smashbox doors, tracking performance, sales reporting and all HR related issues.Responsible for the wholesale side of the Harrods business along side London perfumery accounts, to ensure stock levels were maintained to deliver aggressive w/s goals.

Managed the Selfridges Cosmetics & Perfumery Hall ensuring that the highest level of consumer service was provided at all times and the best shopping experience in London was received.Responsible for all operating duties including the opening & closing 36 tills, monitoring retail sales, counter animation, hygiene and stock turnover.Ensure the department executed and maintained a sales strategy that was inline with the broader business plan that sales targets were delivered across the key performing brands.Overseeing 400+ concession consultants along with 3 department operation managers, training & HR issues.
