Oversee day to day HR department for multiple clinics in southwest Florida. Recruiting, employee engagement and retention, work directly with executive team on applicable operations and managerial projects.

Contract position - Responsibilities included, daily provider scheduling for behavioral health hospital patients, reviewing provider documentation for compliance and accuracy, worked directly with hospital administration in areas of risk management , utilization management, and medical records compliance. Position ended due to contractual separation between Elite DNA and Park Royal.

Responsible for daily operations of outpatient behavioral health community clinic and managed patient service and nursing staff for 3 locations. Maintain compliance and protocol for patient satisfaction and quality care, worked directly with medical providers in ensure best practice polices and worked with administration to align agency standards. Assisted AVP of Outpatient Services enlisting physician and community referrals.

HR Coordinator role expanded to include credentialing for all medical personnel. Capabilities allowed for the addition of Front Desk Supervisor responsibilities and contributions within marketing department pertaining to physician referrals.
