Assist the President/CEO and the Business Development Director with PR/Outreach activities with area nursing homes, service organizations, assisted living facilities, hospitals, physician offices and others. Act as representative for community health fairs, speaking engagements, chamber events, Better Business Bureau and other assigned duties. Maintains accurate documentation/log for PR/Outreach efforts and encounters. Assist with procurement of final signatures and details of partner contracts. Create marketing materials for presentations daily. Work with all clinical & professional staff for in-service educational goals inside and outside the organization.

General Office Support Activities- Maintain office supplies for the 6th floor for RHD and Amdocs; assess supplies on hand and take special supplies order requests- Process invoices for supplies received- Serve as the focal point for facilities maintenance requests- Serve as the focal point for employee and contractor questions- Invoice review and processing (Contractors, RHD Invoices, Amdocs, Office Supplies, -Travel, Credit Cards, Cell Phones.- Review and process pager invoices- Order and distribute pagers- Review and process phone bills- Assist with the Award and Recognition Program for the IT Department - Collect and deliver mail- Assists with special events planning- Participate in the development of ad-hoc reports - Assist with special events planning
