Debi Murphy is the Director of Partnership Integration at EP Wealth Advisors. Her team is responsible for welcoming and assimilating new advisory teams and their clients into the EP family. Debi has over 40 years’ experience in financial services including 15 years at Charles Schwab & Co in various roles such as Account Executive, Regional Operations Manager and Branch Manager in Carmel and Walnut Creek, CA. Leaving Schwab, she joined Ballou Plum Wealth advisors and enjoyed 12 years as Branch Operations Director, helping to run an efficient and productive office. When Ballou Plum was acquired by EP Wealth in 2016, she joined EP in the role of Regional Operations Director. A year later, as EP began to strategically develop plans for growth by acquisition, Debi was excited and honored to be selected to lead the integration team. Debi is a graduate of California State East Bay, earning a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts with an emphasis in California studies. Debi and her husband Kevin live in Concord and love traveling, gardening, playing with their three grandchildren and being managed by their dog Phoebe Gonzales.EP Wealth Advisors is an investment management, financial planning and wealth advisory firm.
