I served as a Data Analyst at SYSTEMIQ Ltd., collaborating with the Peatland Restoration Agency to develop Rural Business Zones (RBZ) aimed at enhancing economic sustainability for peatland communities. My role centered on conducting thorough business viability assessments, including defining value propositions for key products, evaluating market feasibility, analyzing financial profitability, and identifying gaps within the end-to-end value chain. I fostered strong stakeholder relationships to ensure effective collaboration and support for program objectives.Through these efforts, I significantly contributed to advancing the Peatland Restoration Agency's mission and empowering communities towards sustainable economic growth.

I served as a Program Assistant for the Desa Peduli Gambut Program at the Peatland Restoration Agency of Indonesia, initially recruited by UNDP and subsequently by UNOPS. This initiative, established by President Joko Widodo to restore 2.5 million hectares of peatland across seven provinces, focused on integrating peat protection and management into village planning. Reporting to the Head of the Working Group for Increasing Participation in Peat Villages, my role included strengthening institutional frameworks, facilitating community capacity building in local knowledge and technology, promoting economic empowerment, and supporting conflict resolution efforts.In addition to program support, I excelled in providing effective administrative assistance, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the overall success of the initiative.

At BTPN Syariah, I contributed to expanding the bank's reach into an underserved market segment by promoting financial literacy and Sharia-compliant banking products to the productive underprivileged demographic. My responsibilities included assisting in developing and implementing funding strategies, participating in funding events, collaborating with the Finance team for effective financial management, monitoring loan repayments, and generating financial reports to support decision-making. Through these efforts, I supported BTPN Syariah's mission to provide inclusive financial services and empower underprivileged communities.

In my role as a Research Interviewer at KOMPAS GRAMEDIA, I was responsible for analyzing data, conducting research, and performing statistical analysis to optimize communication strategies. Key responsibilities included conducting interviews, collecting and ensuring the accuracy of data, and utilizing tools such as SPSS, SAS, and Excel for analysis. I provided insights and trends from data analysis, supported decision-making processes, and ensured the quality and reliability of collected data. My strong communication skills were essential for effectively conveying research findings to team members and stakeholders.
