Headed up long-term customer-led design initiative with 400 NRMA Members. The initiative looked to disrupt the aged care sector with a world’s first rating tool for residential living, and to successfully build credibility and new business in aligned yet entirely new markets. • Award winning employee innovation. Developed practical tools at NRMA to build in-house capability, earn stakeholder buy-in and increase employee engagement. This led directly to the NRMA achieving the Australian Business Award (ABA) for Business Innovation 5 years running 2010-2015, and ranking in BRW’s Top 50 Most Innovative Australian Companies in 2013 and 2014.

Established business support controls and financial tracking of projects including regular monitoring of cash flow.Co-created the management system and achieved 5-star ISO 9001 Quality Assurance international standards accreditation for all PTW projects. Sourced and managed the implementation of a new project tracking system that enabled superior forecasting of resources required and tracking of costs.Project support for multiple high-visibility local and international projects, including the Olympic National Swim Centre in Beijing.
