Debi Baydush is the Founding Principal of BSW Wealth Partners, a Colorado-based independent wealth advisory firm. In August 1992, Debi founded BSW Wealth Partners with hopes of creating an independent fee-only wealth management consultancy designed to provide personalized care to members of the Boulder community. Debi was driven by a vision of aligning wealth advisory services with the interests of clients. She has always had an uncompromising focus on transparency and providing the absolute highest quality of client care.In 2010, she was named among the Boulder County Business Report’s Remarkable Women of 2010, and of the 24 firms listed with the Boulder County Business Report that year, Debi garnered particular recognition for being a part of the only wealth management firm founded by a woman. Having achieved great success in the execution of her vision for BSW, Debi transitioned from her active role with BSW Wealth Partners to an “of counsel” role on January 1, 2013. Today, Debi’s focus is placed on experiencing the world around her, whether in her local community or abroad. When she is not traveling the globe, she enjoys contributing to the area’s Food Bank and transitional housing projects and working on conservation projects in her newly-adopted backyard in Big Sky country located in northwest Montana.
