As Director of Human Resources & Employee Engagement, I partnered with employees, managers, and executives to align the organization's culture, structure, compensation, benefits, policies and procedures, performance, training and development with the strategic goals and objectives of the Company's ambitious growth plan and position our team for sustained growth and development.
