Working with the phenomenal Engineering, AI, Product Marketing and Market Research Sales and Operations team to ensure our products deliver for our customers, whether they are in Market Research, Health Care, Pharma or Enterprise we have the products they can use.

Enabling the Sales and Operations teams to service their clients with new Dynata products. A resource for internal and external clients for: processes; education; consultation relative to new products, including: Digital measurement and research; custom panel building and passive metering.

Manage global projects and processes to ensure consistency across all regions and functional areas within ASE, SSI’s product team. Syntheses, coordinate and represent all department needs with the IT and Legal teams. Manage prioritization meetings, project schedules and facilitate communication between the regional Product teams. Support custom community builds in a client facing role. Developing partnerships with web based communities to leverage their brand affinity for the creation of online market research panels. Responsible for account management and panel and brand implementation.

MyskinMD, an internet-startup company serving a national network of 3,500 dermatologists and a wide consumer base via two dermatological websites. The consumer site was e-commerce based and the physician’s site was networking, educational and promotional base. I was responsible for the product strategy for the consumer site and all related activities.

Responsible for all operational areas related to marketing to, and servicing, client cardholders. Manage a geographically dispersed team and a large operating budget. Departments include: Software Development; List Processing, Modeling and Analysis; Marketing Operations; and Membership Services.
