I have been helping people in the insurance industry since 1987. After a short time out to spend time raising my children, I returned to the insurance industry in 2009 as a workers comp broker at PMC Insurance. Since 2020, I was promoted to the engagement manager. My responsibilities include creating and maintaining a good customer experience between PMC and our retail agent partners. This role also provides quality customer service, and allocates the proper resources to solve problems. I onboard agent contacts to our agency portal as well as set up automation to deliver policy documents in an efficient manner. I establish workflows for our processing team, assist our internal staff with general tasks as well as set up and train all new employees on our agency management system.
