As a DE&I champion, I encourage my team to understand the diverse perspectives, create an inclusive mindset, and promote an immersive culture. As part of my zeal to create future business leaders, I guide my team with an open communication to realize their full potential professional growth and boost team productivity. Known as Ms. Creative and as an executive board member for a non-profit organization, I’m a familiar face in the Washington metro area. My passion has driven me to create multitude of theatrical productions that has given avenues to spread rich intercultural heritage within the community. I believe that there is a hidden talent in everyone, and I endeavor to encourage people around me to express themselves in the most uninhibited form.
