I am a Dynamics 365 CRM Business Analyst and Functional Consultant with over 19 years of experience in the full development lifecycle of CRM solutions. I hold multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications and have expertise in a multitude of industries, including, but not limited to, HHS, (EHR/EMR systems), Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Professional Services and Real Estate. I’ve been a part of over 50 implementations, from legacy systems migrating to Dynamics 365, to running monthly Sprints, each beginning with Discovery/Business Requirements, all the way through to Post Production support. My expertise lies in Dynamics CE - Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and some Marketing. I have experience with the Dynamics 365 Power Platform in creating Model-driven apps, as well as Power Automate and Power BI.I am fluent in both the Agile and Waterfall methodologies and have utilized tools such as Jira, Zoho, SmartSheets and Azure DevOps for project management.I am not a Technical Consultant, but I know enough about all of the offerings and functionality of Dynamics 365 to be able to talk to Stakeholders in gathering detailed User Stories, Requirements, etc. (what’s OOB vs configuration/custom dev) and converting those into Functional and Technical documents, assuring things are built correctly the first time. My mission is to enable companies and their employees to optimize their workflows, enhance their efficiency, and deliver better service to their clientele.
