I am a Dynamics 365 CRM Business Analyst and Functional Consultant with over 19 years of experience in the full development lifecycle of CRM solutions. I hold multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications and have expertise in a multitude of industries, including, but not limited to, HHS, (EHR/EMR systems), Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Professional Services and Real Estate.
