I have over 40 years of experience in the foodservice industry, covering all aspects from management and ownership to sales and distribution. Being with Aramark for over 25 years I have had several positions - starting as Financial Systems Manager (1999-2005) and later as Supply Chain Compliance Manager until 2021.In this role, I managed compliance and day-to-day distribution relationships across Canada, acting as the link between procurement, vendors, distributors, and operations to ensure contracted products were available and purchased.2021-2023 I moved to Procurement to overseen all coffee sourcing activities and contracts for the ARAMARK Enterprise.
