• Coordinating a customer service team dedicated to the clients supply chain activities
• Development and implementation of interface solutions between enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems of the customer and Pacific Network.

• Working appropriately to the conditions and standards set by the Director of ORBEA Australia and New Zealand, and reporting on the coordination and management of International Freight, Warehousing and Distribution..
• Coordinating purchases and deliveries of all ORBEA Australia and New Zealand products.
• Directly dealing with foreign companies and suppliers placing purchase orders and managing their progress and completion dates.
• Coordinating the shipping and booking of vessels with the freight forwarding companies.
• Managing the pickup of the goods and monitoring the progress of shipping, including informing sales representatives and ORBEA Australia and New Zealand dealers of inbound freight.
• Input of all pricing, freight costs and duty data into the invoicing system (WMS)

• Develop strong relationships with key customers and in2store operations staff.
• Develop, initiate and control processes and procedures that will lead to customer service improvements.
• Ensure all customer account management processes and procedures are fully developed, clearly written and adhered to by staff at the customer interface.

• Foster collaborative and transparent working relationships with the 3rd party warehouse.
• Assist in the co-ordination of return to vendor stock and distribution of inventory for Foot Locker Australia and New Zealand retail stores.
• Develop reporting and analytical tools for presentation to Foot Locker Head Office on a weekly basis.
• Facilitate, develop and maintain strong communication and working partnerships with vendor companies including Nike, Adidas, Puma, Asics and New Balance.
• Complex understandings of stock take procedures and developing systems to ensure tracking of inventory losses.
