I lead the Development organization for Pfizer in India. My teams support clinical development activities across the global portfolio of assets. As Site Head, I also have responsibilities for administration and governance, managing operational budgets, and ensuring that our culture reflects Pfizer's values and behaviors.

Responsible for managing biometrics resources and deliverables for the company, inputs to development strategies and project plans, developing external collaborations, selection and oversight of CROs, and participation in scientific advice meetings and regulatory interactions.Was part of the core team responsible for the design of the late phase development program, filing and approval of Cablivi™ (caplacizumab) for the treatment of Acquired Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura.
