• Heading the Business Development and Expansion for GALK Lab, by Willings, Inc. • Responsible for the end-to-end operations which involves high ownership. Partnered with 14 IITs under the 'GALK Lab' initiative and streamlined the IT business end toend for the Indian market. • Closely working with the management from Tokyo, implementing new strategies to ensure zero conflict in the process.

• Started the retail business in Chhattisgarh from scratch; started with Bilaspur, and graduallyexpanded to Raipur, Bhilai, Rajnandgaon. • Set up a team of 68 sales associates, 8 assistant managers, and 4 managers. • Worked on various strategies and ways to meet the monthly revenue target at a state level.• Mentoring, and training the team on a regular basis; nurturing them and help them to meet theirindividual targets. • Responsible for revenue, growth and P&L; had least attrition rate PAN India

• Building market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships. • Locating target audience, capturing potential leads for the company and converting them. • Screening of potential deals by analysis of market strategies, details of deal requirements as well as financials.
