Executive Engineer – Aircel Private Limited – Department – INFRA, from August 2013• Working on a project named as SPARTA.A joined venture Project launched by GTL and Aircel. • Working as a Telecom Field Engineer in the project concerned with Expansion of the 2G network (1800 bands)and 3G network(1800bands), and this includes; Installing new cabinets and modules, configuring those new modules and integrates the upgraded sites which all according to the plan made by the operator for the expansion (capacity).• Also from my responsibilities, leading two technicians, equipment’s, materials and defining the way of work though it don’t delay the already made expansion plan.• Survey, Designing, Implementation and O&M of In-building Solutions.• - DAS planning (Active ,Hybrid type)• - Project Co-ordination• - Vendor management• - Installation and Commissioning of various types of Repeaters, TMB , MCPA and other RF Equipment.• - Quality checking of sites Using VSWR meters/site masters (Anritsu/Bird)• - Acceptance Test• - Report making (post-implementation/per-implementation/extension etc)
