I have over 27 years of experience in the mortgage industry, including 23 years as the president and co-founder of Charter Oak Lending Group, LLC, where I originated and closed over $1 billion in residential mortgages. I earned the Certified Residential Mortgage Specialist (CRMS) designation from NAMB - The Association of Mortgage Professionals, as well as the Certified Veteran Loan Specialist and Certified Credit Specialist certifications. I am also an approved instructor by the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and a contributor to their Home Finance Resource Certification (HFR). I have authored and co-authored several publications and courses on modern mortgage principles and practices, including the NMLS-approved pre-licensing and continuing education courses offered by CLOES.online.. My mission is to provide convenient, on-demand, affordable, and high-quality education that improves the competencies, outcomes, and experiences of mortgage professionals and consumers.
