Robert Deblinger, no foreigner to the world of diamonds, has been a connoisseur of the well-loved stone for over 40 years. Robert began his diamond career at one of the world's leading diamond manufacturers, learning at the feet of some of the biggest diamond experts.A few years later Robert also branched out into dealing with antique jewellery which increased his passion for beautiful stones. Over the last 35 years uncountable diamonds have run through the deft fingers of Robert Deblinger from tiny eight cuts to some of the acclaimed celebrated titans of the world. Robert learned the unique art of rating diamonds based purely on beauty, life and scintillation. He has a passion for a beautiful stone, and when investing for his inventory he will reject a staggering 90% of offered diamonds. This is because, to his critical eye, they are not beautiful stones, regardless of what it states on the certificate.In 1979 Robert became a member of the London Diamond Bourse and of the London Diamond Club and started trading as an independent Diamond Dealer under his name Robert Deblinger. In 1991,Robert decided to set up his limited company, Deblinger Diamonds which continues to increase it's prominence as one of Europe's leading diamond suppliers by consistently meeting the expectations of its clientele.
