I have been contracting at Delta Airlines for the past 10 years. I'm currently a Delivery Manager for the Delta Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) Ancillary Services Kanban Team. I am heading up a team of Business Analysts, Developers, and Quality Assurance personnel who specialize in the Ancillary SOA Services. I've been in this role since 2016. The environment is incredibly complex and leverages the Agile style of software development for the entire product life cycle from requirements through production release. The projects required coordination across all of the portfolios at Delta and also coordinating with Deltas external airline partners, such as Air France and KLM so that they could also sell the ancillary products. My initial role at Delta was as an IT PMO QA where I was hired as a Cross Functional QA Lead.
