The Real Estate and Facilities department at Bridgewater manages and optimizes our portfolio with a goal of delivering day-to-day services to ensure an excellent workplace environment is in place. My disciplines focus on the customer experience and I'm responsible for achieving sustainable excellence by delivering systematized planning, services, and outcomes as the requirements of the business evolve through time. My role is to ensure that every interaction a customer has is positive, engaging, and meets or exceeds expectations. I hold a primary goal of creating exceptional experiences through continuous evaluation and optimization of our customer-facing processes to eliminate pain points and streamline interactions. I work closely with my teams to ensure they have the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools to provide personal and empathetic service by providing consistent training and development to deliver on that goal. Collaboration with various stakeholders across the organization includes executives, department heads, and frontline employees. I provide strategic guidance, advocate for customer-centric initiatives, and foster a culture of customer-passion throughout the company.
