Responsible for leading the Jardiance PCP/ENDO field force engagement (for BI), the Jardiance family (Synjardy and Glyxambi) strategy, and Jardiance PCP/ENDO POAs

-Provide insight and recommendations around digital tactics that compliment & support strategic imperatives-Support the marketing teams in various objectives including yearly planning, strategy, competitor assessments, and status meetings-Develop RFPs and budgets, identify vendor partners, negotiate or participate in negotiation of vendor pricing, manage selection process -Oversee day to day project management and execution of interactive tactics as needed to ensure objectives and expectations are consistently met or exceeded-Ensure that US Novartis Oncology websites and digital initiatives are created and maintained to best in class standards-Conduct vendor assessments and management; including on-boarding of vendor partners to ensure proper development of tactics to meet Novartis standards, identify efficiencies and cost savings-Lead SEO/SEM per project to maintain impactful presence on the web and manage Search Engine Marketing vendor to ensure overall strategies for US websites are addressed -Review and report on analytics from online media campaigns including Omniture data-Coordinate all multifunctional agencies, internal and external, brand teams and marketing communications to meet legal, medical, and ethical compliance requirements

VP, Client Services for 5 companies, comprising 7 brands; including Abbott, Barr Labs, Eisai/Pfizer, Novartis, and Sanofi-aventis.

• Oversee the development of multimedia programs, web sites, web conferences and interactive learning; assist in proposals; including pricing, strategizing, and writing; acquisition and management of vendors to produce interactive content• Evaluate strategic objectives and brand opportunities and offer recommendations for new business proposals, including multimedia alternatives and programs and provide descriptions for those ideas and concepts• Create specifications & budget estimates, as well as timelines for new business proposals; manage bid process, select and manage the production• Manage the interactive relationship between vendor, company & the client• Work with internal staff to produce online materials including registration pages, pre and post meeting surveys, evaluations, email campaigns, invitations, & newsletters• Instruct internal staff on use of interactive platforms• Follow trends in multimedia and online growth and propose new ideas based on this research

Provided audio and video services for President Reagan and then President Bush. This included traveling the world and recording audio, setting up sound systems, managing press feeds, and announcing government officials and the President when needed
